PT, holds a Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India, and a Master’s in Exercise Science (Kinesiology) from Long Island University, Brooklyn. With over eight years of clinical experience, he specializes in joint replacements, neck and back pain, gait disturbances, and preventive geriatrics. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and an APOS-certified practitioner, skilled in designing therapeutic footwear to improve gait and reduce daily pain.

Aastha Chavda

Physical Therapist
PT completed her Bachelor’s degree at J.G. College of Physiotherapy in India and earned her Master’s in Exercise Science (Kinesiology) from Long Island University in Brooklyn. With more than four years of hands-on experience, she brings in her expertise in orthopedic conditions, joint replacements, musculoskeletal injuries, and the geriatric population. She’s also a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, blending movement and nutrition to deliver thoughtful, patient-focused care.

Dr. Vishnu Mangroliya is a licensed Physical Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and rehabilitative care. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from India, followed by a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Brooklyn College( CUNY). He later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Dr. Mangroliya is a Certified Clinical Instructor and a trained Apos Therapist, further expanding his expertise in advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Dr. Mangroliya specializes in sports rehabilitation, chronic pain management, post-operative recovery, and vestibular rehabilitation. With extensive experience treating athletes, individuals with long-standing musculoskeletal conditions, and patients recovering from surgery or managing balance disorders, he integrates evidence-based practice with personalized care to optimize patient outcomes. His clinical approach emphasizes thorough evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and patient education to empower individuals throughout their recovery process.

Known for his compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Mangroliya is dedicated to improving each patient’s mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. Hitenkumar Patel, PT is a licensed Physical Therapist with nearly two decades of clinical experience spanning international and U.S.-based practice. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, in 2006, and has been actively practicing physical therapy since graduation. After relocating to the United States, he began practicing as a Physical Therapist in 2010, bringing a strong foundation of global clinical experience to diverse patient populations.

In 2013, Mr. Patel founded OM Physical Therapy, driven by his vision to provide high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based rehabilitative care to the community. As the founder, he has played a key role in shaping the clinic’s patient-centered philosophy and commitment to clinical excellence.

Mr. Patel specializes in geriatric rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedic physical therapy. He has extensive experience working with older adults, individuals with neurological conditions, and patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries. His clinical approach emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and functional goal-setting to restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance overall quality of life.
